What is the name of the national anthem?

OFFICIAL ANSWER
  • The Star-Spangled Banner

Context

Francis Scott Key wrote the lyrics in 1814 after witnessing the British bombardment of Fort McHenry during the War of 1812. The poem was set to the tune of a popular British song. Congress officially designated it as the national anthem in 1931, more than a century after it was written.
